Summary of Position/ 职位描述 Candidates are responsible for engineering activities related to the mechanical and electrical design, development, and manufacture of electrical indoor switchgear products used in medium voltage electrical power distribution systems. These products are designed and manufactured by Cooper Nature (Ningbo) Electric Co., LTD, a joint venture with Cooper Power Systems, a division of Cooper Industries. The products are manufactured for sale in China and export to IEC markets throughout the world. The Cooper Nature Engineering team is part of Cooper Power Systems’ global switchgear engineering team with offices in South Milwaukee, WI, USA and Pudong, Shanghai, China. This position is responsible for / 工作职责: -Team member to develop high voltage and high current electrical systems and subsystems for a new generation of the Global Distribution Switchgear products -Drives creativity and innovation in development and implementation of technology roadmaps and platforms to be incorporated into the multi generational switchgear product roadmaps -Always focus on delighting the customer – product reliability and life cycle cost -Continuously develops and grows technology skills -Identifies risks and mitigation plans, and carries out changes to plans if necessary to ensure that targets are achieved -Continuously seeks to improve and optimize quality and cost of the products -Participates in quality and cost improvement projects -Effectively collaborates within the engineering team and other cross functional teams Experience And Training Required To Perform Job: This position requires the following / 任职要求: 1.BS or MS – Electrical Engineering 2.Experience in Power Engineering is a plus 3.Experience in engineering high voltage and high current systems, components, and related technologies 4.Experience in electrical control circuit design 5.Working knowledge of computer modeling and FEA, preferably experience with electrical or magnetic modeling 6.Experience with of Inventor/AutoCAD is a plus 7.Knowledge of power systems and / or industrial automation & controls is a plus 8.Excellence in analytical skills 9.Working knowledge of design for manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability 10.Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional environment 11.Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills 12.Experience operating successfully in matrix organization is a plus Required Leadership Values & Competencies: -Acts in an ethical and truthful manner, leading by example and earning the respect and trust of co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders -Delivers commitments, producing work of the highest quality in a timely and effective manner -Plans and executes work that is accurate, complete and reliable -Communicates openly and honestly in a clear and concise manner on an ongoing basis -Sets aggressive targets, accepts consequences of actions, and holds others accountable -Meets the expectations and requirements of all customers by making customer needs a primary focus -Understands priorities and balances short-term and long-term requirements -Modifies plans to meet changed circumstances by being flexible and adaptive -Builds consensus and shares credit, working cooperatively and effectively with customers, suppliers and co-workers at all levels to achieve mutual objectives -Responds to real-world issues impacting the business as they arise and acts as a catalyst and leader of strategic and cultural change -Energizes and motivates all levels of the team or project members 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至AP.coopernature.recruit@CooperIndustries.com。 |
